Service Description

Culinary Basics will create a foundation to build real cooking skills on to further self-reliance and create a sense of independence for students. Examples of skills that will be learned are; Sauces and soups, vegetable preparation, starches and sides, entrees, desserts etc. Our scratch recipes use only fresh ingredients and demystify cooking without prepared products such as premade sauces and highly processed foods. Culinary Basics will create confidence and build skills that are applicable in the real world. Each week you will be emailed grocery lists, recipes, and tool lists. This purchase is for access to a live zoom only and no food kits. Come cook with us!
